The purchase of AED’s, first aid, and safety equipment and supplies should not over burden a person’s or company’s budget. Since cardiac arrests do not discriminate CPR and AED’s are critical to saving ones life and should be available throughout the community and work place. KmD Medical is devoted to increasing awareness of sudden cardiac arrests and how an AED with CPR can save lives. We are not just here to train company employees; we are here to be part of your safety program. In 1999 the foundation of what became KmD Medical began. While working at a commercial medical transport company in Connecticut we saw many things that could be changed to make medical transport, patient care, and education superior. We were astounded to see the same practices being performed in New Jersey as they were in Connecticut. Training classes were demanding, and very fast paced. Medical transporting was load and go so we get the next run and go home. After serving the community as a volunteer emergency medical technician for almost 15 years, it was time to rewrite the standard of operation for teaching first aid, CPR, and medical transporting.
